The manufacturing capacity of IBE

IBE group has strengthenen investment in modern equipment, 16 automotive solder printing machines, 30 high speed SMT machines, 12 medium and high speed SMT machines, 12 online SPI, 12 AOI and a series of internationally leading automation equipment. The SMT capacity is up to 50 million chips per day. The plug-in capacity is up to 2 million pieces per day and the assembly capacity is up to 6 million sets per month. We can mount components as well as ultra high precision chips with a pitch of 0.3 millimeter.

In addition, we have a modern assembly workshop with six complete assembly lines and two package lines, which can provide customers with finished products assembly for military, medical, aerospace and other industries. IBE has established a good cooperative relation with hundreds of well-known companies around the world.
