IBE R&D Center

IBE was established in 2005, is a national high-tech enterprise focusing on the design and manufacture of laser measurement, laser medical beauty, industrial vision, intelligent control and other instrument equipment. Since its establishment, IBE has always taken technology R&D as the development goal of the company, and set up a special technology research and development department.

As a national high-tech enterprise, IBE owns 103 invention patents, 49 utility model and appearance patents, and 26 software Copyrights.

IBE has a strong research and development team, with more than 90 senior professionals with master’s degree or above, leading the way in optical, mechanical, electrical, computing, materials and other professional fields. IBE has a first-class technology center based in Shenzhen headquarter, where has laser technology and optical engineering experimental equipment worth more than 10 million yuan.

IBE has a modern headquarters technology research center in a 5A office building at the entrance of the Luozhu subway entrance on Shiyan Street, Shenzhen Metro Line 13, and established a laser technology application research Institute in Weifeng International Building, Renmin Street, Changchun City and another product technology and transfer center in Fremont, Silicon Valley, USA.

IBE has built modern manufacturing bases in Shenzhen Baoan Shiyan Street and Vietnam Bac Ninh Province. Total production area is more than 60,000 square meters. It has built EVT/DVT/PVT laboratory and EMC test center, high standard SMT workshop, more than 20 DIP production lines and finished product assembly lines.

To expand the business and provide better services to North American customers, IBE opened a new facility IBE (USA) in Hillsboro(OR) in 2017, which can provide a full range of PCB assembly service. IBE continues to invest in new technologies to provide complete manufacturing solutions to meet customers’ needs and make the process more economical.

The company attaches great importance to product research and development, and has a lot of investment in R&D every year, and has a perfect product quality management system. It has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, IATF16949 automobile industry quality management system certification, ISO13485 medical device quality management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, and OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification.
