Founded in 2005, after more than 17 years of innovation and development, IBE group currently has a production base and R&D center in Shenzhen headquarter, EMS&OEM/ODM production base in Vietnam, and a manufacturing base in Fremont EMS in the United States. Total area is more than 60,000 square meters, with EVT/DVT/PVT laboratory and EMC test center, high-standard SMT workshop, DIP production line and finished assembly line. With strong manufacturing strength, products are applied in various fields, including laser technology, medical beauty equipment, automotive electronics, industrial control, new energy, sports and entertainment and etc.
In recent years, IBE Group has focused on the research, development and production of laser measurement, laser medical beauty, and power tools. With an annual output of more than 2 million sets, more than 90% products are exported to Europe and America, IBE has become a strategic partner of many famous brands around the world, and has achieved a steady growth of 30%-35% in annual sales.

IBE has a first-class technology center based in Shenzhen headquarter, where has laser technology and optical engineering experimental equipment worth more than 10 million yuan. Besides, IBE has cooperated with Changchun University of Science and Technology, and established an institute of laser technology application in Changchun City, and another product technology and transfer center in Fremont, Silicon Valley, USA..

With the rapid changes in the market, in order to effectively shorten the delivery cycle of customers’ goods, IBE Group has strengthened investment in modern equipment, introduced multi-layer automated pcb production equipment, high-precision CNC and related injection molding equipment, 16 automatic solder-printing machines, 36 high-speed SMT machines, 12 medium and high-speed SMT machines, 12 online SPI, 12 AOI and a series of internationally leading automation equipment. The SMT capacity is up to 50 million chips/day, the plug-in capacity is up to 2 million pieces/day, and the assembly capacity is up to 6 million sets/month. We can mount components including 0201 and 01005, as well as ultra-high-precision QFP, BGA, OPO chips with a pitch of 0.3mm. In addition, we have a modern assembly workshop with 6 complete assembly lines and 2 packaging lines, which can provide customers with finished product assembly for military, medical, aerospace and other industries. With fast delivery cycle and high-quality product, IBE has established good cooperative relations with hundreds of well-known companies around the world, such as Bushnell, VARTA, Valeo, ABB, Grammer and etc., our service scope covers all over the world.
In addition, IBE Group strictly abides by IATF16949 and ISO13485 manufacturing standards for automotive and medical industry, adheres to strict quality control processes, and establishes a 100% full inspection and control system from the source to the end. Raw materials are purchased from authorized distributors, such as Future, Arrow, Avnet. IBE has successively obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, UL certification, Disney FAMA authorization and other certifications. At the same time, the group can do 3C, CE, FDA, UL certification on behalf of customers, reducing the time for customers to apply for certifications.

With the rapid changes in the market, in order to effectively shorten the delivery cycle of customers’ goods, MBA has strengthened investment in modern equipment, introducing 4 advanced automatic solder-printing machines, 7 Yamaha medium and high-speed SMT machines, 2 online SPI, 3 AOI and a series of international leading automation equipment. The SMT capacity is up to 10 million chips/day, the plug-in capacity is up to 18,000 pieces/day. SMT can mount components including 0201 and 01005, as well as ultra-high-precision QFP, BGA, OPO chips with a pitch of 0.3mm.
MBA has a MYDATA SMT production line, the high-precision mounter can mount components ranging from 0201 to QFP304, BGA and even the most advanced precision components like CSP, Micro BGA, FLIP CHIP, and DIE (semiconductor CHIP). Flexible mounting mode, simple and fast patch and line changing operation mode provide strong support for MBA to promise customers to deliver SMT patch 24 hours.
